the journals are beautiful, and I especially love jill-of-all-trade's scotland spread.

Hi Round Robins- I have got my journal back and I am going to treasure
it always- and possibly use it as an add-on inspiration mood book as there are still plenty of blank pages - thank you all for your wonderful creativity and kind responses to my own contributions. Bush-baby has scanned mine before she passed it back to me and will post it up on the gallery for me--as I am a dimwit about how to do this. All the best for 2007 to you all in whatever you do. Jill-of-all-trades.

I've completed my initial post - all the work is now scanned and posted, a complete rainbow!  Go look!

Here's my first batch of scans.  I didn't have a specific theme for this one, I just asked for it to be full of colour and I also listed some of favourite things as ideas.

Stephen went for Gardens as his theme and dedicated not one, not two but three wonderful double page spreads to it...

It's hard to see but he cut little windows between the pages so you can see the page below.  There's a bit of embroidery included too in the second spread- very pretty.

More to follow soon!

(The Favourite authors bit I wrote over the top, because that stupid purple ink bled right through)

I'm going to scan some more in the morning before work- the scanner is in my boyfriend's home office so I have to time when I can use it so I don't disturb him!

Here's another spread from uluru:

And here is Rhi's:

The text reads:
"Once upon a time there was a fair princess. She believed in love, light, and hope. She loved beauty, colour and passion. She sought truth, joy and justice. The world was a dark place for this princess, sometimes a place of sorrow and pain. But despite this she strived for the light and tried to spread colour and delight.  She wore flowers in her hair and spread sparkles everywhere. She surrounded herself with friends. And somehow managed to live happily ever after."

Three more spreads to come!
