hey Smiley  i've been lurking for awhile.  i had two thoughts...

1)  a lot of people have been talking about what they need to do exactly to set up their own business (something which i've been trying to figure out myself).  but requirements and procedure differ from state to state...  if there is anyone out there from PA who has a business already, i'd love to hear from you.  there are probably other people who would appreciate a "small business buddy" from their homestate as well..

2)  what about college?  i live in pennsylvania but go to school in maryland.  which would mean, if i started a business, it would operate most of the year out of maryland.  but since my legal permanent residence is in PA...  do i register here or there?  anyone have any ideas?

thanks Smiley
