I saw this child's sweater here:
http://oliewogs.dolimama.com/gallery.html and I want to make it.  Has anyone seen such a pattern somewhere?

Which one?  The stripe one or the button down?

Sorry, the striped one.  I'm looking for a size toddler 2 or so.

That striped pullover is knit in st st, so all you would have to do is knit your favorite child's pullover in basic st st and add new colors for stripes wherever you would want them. If you google for "free raglan sweater knitting pattern" or something similar to that, you'll find that the internet offers MANY free patterns by which to choose from. Just add the stripes wherever you want them.
