my friend katie is obsessed with tea, so for her upcoming birthday, i sewed her a little wallet just for tea bags.  it has four pockets, a snap closure, contrast lining, and a personalized, iron-transfer graphic.

i'm going to try again, making a few improvements (sewing execution, ahem) and cranking out more.  it's a great  project for scrap fabric, too, if anyone wants to try.

will add a tut to the blog entry(http://everythingatonce.wordpress.com/2007/01/15/k-tea-tote/) when i get a chance.

thanks!

I always read the text after looking at the pictures, and I was like "Well that's weird, why would it be K-tea?" and then when I read it I laughed and had a "Ohhhh" moment. Now I suddenly wish my name was katie. ahaha.
I love things tea related and this is so awesome! I must make one.

what a neat idea! I need to make a ginger tote like this for my firend at work. I got her hooked on a ginger and honey drink from the ethnic food section of the supermarket. This is a perfect birthday present (coming up shortly). Thank you for sharing your idea
