You can find out all the info here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=140474.0

In brief...

Swap FAQs:
01. How do I participate in a swap?

First of all, you must meet the 4 conditions of swapping:

    * You must be a member of Craftster for 1 month.
    * You need to have at least 15 posts on the forums.
    * You may only sign up for ONE SWAP to start with. Once that one swap is completed and you have received your Positive Feedback, then you may join up to 5 swaps. (Organizing limit at one time is 3)
    * You must not have any Negative Feedback on your profile.
