I learned to crochet a long time ago and I only crocheted hats, pencilcases and scarves. But last week I came with the idea of crochet a plant but I didn't know what plant I can crochet, so I was thinking and I came out with the idea of crochet a cactus, because i really like cactus, so I come with this:



I don't know if anybody here has made anything like this, but I searched and I didn't find any.
I make the pattern myself and I used 4mm hook and green acrylic yarn.
I hope you like it.

Ya I was just going to say...my school has a really old book that has a pattern for a crochet cactus pincusion. Only it was in a little crochet pot too.

That looks really cute.  With one more arm on it, eyes and an "o" mouth, it would look just like a Cactoid in the Final Fantasy games.
