Guys please note that everything in that file isn't stuff I can make at the last minute. Well most of it is. The shawl, the vest and the sewn bag is off llimits, the rest of the items can be made at short notice.

hehehehehe

how about a tute on how to do cables complete with pictures I would die for one, that is the only thing I can't do oh and button holes or other general holes in patterns, and maybe the stuff to go with it like a diy kit but without the yarn to make it lighter and easily fit into an envolope for postage pretty pretty please I really want to learn how to cable so I can make myself a cardigan for winter.......

Good GAWD! Did you want the magic yarn ball? Or the MEGATONS of chocolate?!  Grin

I don't have a picture of my stuff yet. And I am trying to convince myself (without much success) that I don't need another swap right now. Cheesy

I will post pictures as soon as I am back home (I am house-minding) and have my crafty bits and my camera.
I am trying to follow the structure of the swap but am getting confused.

So we are each offering a selection of goods now  - and we are each choosing 4 items we like from everyone's selection of goods? Is that right? Undecided

yeah it is confusing.  i hope this is clearer than mud, maybe i dont explain it well. and we had the change  from what i initially put.

so... you offer a choice of 4 items for shoppers to choose  from.

it depends if you get that person  once or twice in the final choose from list howmany things you get to pick of the other person.. so if  we have 10 people and you are in to send1 set ie  5 parcels/partners you choose 5 items from the 5 shop names i give you.

remember give me your top pick/wish list for your choices by 28th and i will hopefully fullfill most of your picks. do my best. so pics help people choose.

the good thing is you can than choose something from the shop not just one specific item as what happens in a simple sss style swap.

ok off to work so will check in tomorrow everyone.

yes library lass i got it. just got to get time to put it in, my daughter bumped me off the pc  Tongue last night. msn is so important you know  Roll Eyes

Tanza I can happily make a kit for you, that vest was my first ever cabled job (boogie from knitty) but I've never done buttonholes before, but I'm sure I can find some spare yarn and some 80's 'how to' to throw in for you. Tongue

I think I get it now, thanks!
So I give a choice of four items and which ever are chosen, I will make.
