Ok so I was highly excited that Joanne's had a sale today so I went and had a field day in the remnants bin and Simplicity pattern catalog.  I bought a cute winter accessory pattern (simplicity 3975) and a cute purse pattern(simplicity 4668), plus I scored like 5 yards of various shades of fleece for like $5-6.  So naturally I took my newly bought hat pattern and my newly bought pink and black fleece and made a Kitty Cat hat with them (after a few alterations to the pattern.) It was super easy and I am fairly happy with the results.

sweeeet! I just made one of these - but without a pattern, and not as good as yours  Smiley - and i put the ears in the wrong place! Sad any ideas on how to remedy it without completely ruining the hat?
