My sister got a hat with earflaps for Christmas, but she didn't really like it. So, I looked around and got some ideas and made this for her. (The pattern for the heart came from a coaster pattern.)

that is too CUTE.  I am going to steal your idea....  I have this pattern book with fruit shaped coasters..... imagine the earflaps those would make!

I have a friut coaster book too but mine is with thread I wonder if I use yarn instead if I can come up with some flaps too. Aif the Waif I love your hat especially the colors you used to make it. Watch out I'm coming to stael it lol.
