I use my mum's old Elna Lotus for all my sewing, so I was just wondering if anyone else had one?

How do you find it?

I'm very into Britney Spears' early work, before she sold out, so mostly her, um, finger painting and macaroni art.

My Mum told me that she always coveted, but couldn't afford, an Elna Lotus in the 70's.  We managed to find her one on ebay in the UK, where she lives.  I'm still looking for one I can afford in the US - but no luck so far...

Thanks for your reply!

Apparently they're rather sought after - when we are at our local craft store the sewing machine ladies are very impressed my mum has an Elna Lotus.  It annoys me sometimes though so I was hoping to find some other Craftsters who use one to help with any problems etc.

I bought one for my 10 yr old son for Solstice this year.  I spent a year looking for one that I liked at a good price.

It is soooo cute!
