Yay! I received from glittergirl94. She must know me through telepathy or something, LOL, because.....

....She really crammed the box good with about 6 or 7 skeins of various yarns (yay, I get to make a baby blanket for my friend who's due next week!), some various fabric, including a Chinese style, some necklace charms, a bunch of vintage style, much-needed scrapbooking stuff, green fabric dye, some Canada stickers, a ton of Disney Christmas cross-stitching kits, and more. She also wrote a nice note and included MY FAVORITE dark chocolate from Ghiradelli. Girl, you are amazing!
THANK YOU!!!!!!  Cheesy

I received from Leeska today!  Here's the loot:

T-shirts, magazines, very shiny license plates, and a 1961 Better Homes and Gardens 3-ring binder of decorating awesomeness!

Cording, fabric scraps, trim, beads, beads, animal beads, pompoms, funky yarn, and some little colored seashells.

Close-up of the great trim and ribbon bits!

Thanks Leeska!  I can't wait to get crafting!

There's some really cool stuff so far.

I mailed out my boxes this morning...the lady at the post office told me I should've used different boxes, since the stuff I sent was pretty lightweight (packed them up, but most of my supplies just don't weigh much), and the boxes weren't being sent too far away.  She looked at me like I was crazy when I said that the whole point of the swap was to fill up and send a flat rate box.   Grin

WOW this looked like an AWESOME swap!  I'll be sure to keep my eye out for it again as I am in the process of moving into my new studio and have TONS of goodies that are begging to go to a home where they will be loved and not ignored LOL

lucy van pelt: I am so glad you like everything!  Now I don't feel so bad about being a bit of an impulse buyer(only when I comes to crafting, you know how it is...  Yarn onsale, kits on clearance, fabric remnants marked down...).  Glad to see it all going to a good home! Grin

Do you have a camera?  If not, I took pictures and would be more than happy to post them.

I recieved my first box from Oops Creations at the beginning of the week. I'm VERY sorry Oops..I should have posted these pics sooner but see what happened was that you sent SO MUCH STUFF Smiley that as soon as I got it, I took it all out of the box and looked at it. Then, I needed to use my coffee table for something, so I put it all back (doh!).

Well, this morning, I finally got it all back out again to take pics...here they are!

Pile of stuff. Stickers, flat marbles (yay!), books to reconstruct, confetti, beads, yarn, etc etc etc. SOOO much stuff...lol, my SO said, "You got more stuff than you sent - already!" So much for a clean craft closet Wink

Anyway, the BEST thing:

TONS of pattern books! Afghans, slippers, baby afghans, etc etc. There is even one on the "Afghan Stitch" which I've never heard of, but I'm def. going to be trying it. All the books are vintage, which is way cool.

Anyway,
THANKS OOPS CREATIONS FOR A GREAT PACKAGE!
I'm so glad I signed up to send two! I can't wait for the next one to show up!

ETA: Sorry for the pile of clothes and random cat in the background of the pictures. We went out of town this past week, so that explains the clothes...as for the cat? Well, she is inexplicable.
