at another site I joined 3 journal rings and out of those 3, I might get back one book.

Do people just flake and end up not sending books back out again? How can they do that? I would be so racked with guilt, I wouldn't be able to sleep. If I was going to drop out, I'd at least have to send the book back to the original owner.

Other than that, I totally agree with what you said about our group!

I would be too, that is what I can't understand - how could you enjoy the book knowing it wasn't yours!

but yeah there are two people that have just dropped off the face of the earth - each with several books as they were both in several rings and after saying they had mailed didn't and they ended up with the next book in line. The third person just got in over her head and had stuff come up that made life hard on her - that is the one book I think I might get back as she is trying to get them all mailed out and most have been sent out.

just wanted to let ya know just how wonderful this group is!

That's just crazy! I'm glad we don't have to worry about stuff like that.

EEEK!

I can't believe the last round is here already!  I'm mailing late to GoatGoddess.  2007 has been a bad year for me so far:  a bad illness, a messed up leg, and now MAJOR plumbing problems (a leaking upstairs bathroom that is damaging my living room ceiling).   I don't know why 2007 has it out for me.
