I'm still in! I made a 50's styled dress from a drape last weekend but need to finish the lining. I will try and take pictures soon.

...i finished off the rest of the ice cream so i expect to be having another butt in the morning!!

I'll give this a try, too!  I only have three vintage patterns and two Butterick Retro patterns (wrap dress-B4790 and apron-B4945) on hand unless I can locate my 80s stash at my parents' house, but it's a start.   Cheesy

Okay so I still need to post pics of the drapery dress I made and now I think I want to shorten it a bit. I also posted about two items I purchased that I will be making over in the Ugly recon sew-a-long. One is a tartan plaid knit, huge men's pullover and the other is a 70's style rose taffeta, floor length skirt that I will be making mini.

Also, I have a purple floral polyester dress that had a drop waist. I have already cut it so I don't have before pics but I will be making it into a babydoll with 3/4 length sleeves.

Last month I took a dress I made for myself when I was pregnant (1991) and some satin tie-bottom pants from target and redid the dress. I will post pics soon. It turned out great!!

I scored these babies at a garage sale...

They had been cut already, but luckily the previous pattern-user was my size.

Too late to join?

I made a dress using S8588 when it first came out. It was a crinkly, lightweight cotton fabric and I loved that dress. I wore it until it started falling apart! I hope you enjoy it, too. Thanks for the memories.    Smiley
