Has anyone heard of Art-o-mat?  It is an artists project where people sell their artwork out of old cigarette vending machines.  These machines are all over the country at art museums in grocery stores and theatres.  There are a lot of machines in NC because the project is based out of Winston-Salem.  It is worth the check out because anyone can submit work and they take all kinds of stuff.  Here is an example of what I got out of one machine.

(it is a tillo - a tiny pillow!)

The items usually sell for five bucks, but you get one of a kind artwork every time so I think it is worth the money.

Here is a link to the website.

I'm so jealous!  I wish we had an Art-O-Mat machine here (I'm in Utah, and there's nothing even remotely CLOSE!)
