Wow. It's not often that you see something that looks so much better than the one shown in the pattern picture, but you've done it for sure. That yarn look so good!

  But let's face it. Only noro could make a yarn with 45% silk uber scratchy and dull looking. (my 80/20 merino/silk wool that I just spun up is "silkier" looking than the silk garden I'm knitting right now!) wtf?!


Ha, and I always thought I was committing knitter's blasphemy every time I shuddered away from Noro yarns :-)

Amazing hat, btw, I went to go scrounge in my stash for suitable yarns as soon as I saw it.

here's mine! i finished a couple of days ago, and haven't been able to block it yet, since i'm away at school. knittastic09 and i had our own mini-knitalong for this pattern.

i look like a tool in the picture, but you get the idea!
