This scarf was really fun to knit, and I'm in love with the results. I got many ooos and ahhhs while I was knitting it too Cheesy

I used the pattern Danica from Knitty and 3 balls of sws by patons, in the colourway natural earth.

in bathroom light

I have some WIP and pre blocking pics here if you're interested!

Thanks for looking

wow! that is beautiful! i have some patrons in that same color that i have been wanting to use. did you use the same size needles that knitty suggests? also, did you just knit it straight through replacing skeins when they ran out and not paying attention to switching colors like on the knitty pattern?

i don't know if that made sense. sorry but that is amazing and i must it! you did a great job!

I used size 8 needles, which I think is the size used in the pattern. And I get exactly what you mean about cutting the yarns. If you just use one yarn you don't have to, just keep knitting and don't worry about cutting and switching till you finish your ball and move on to the next.

This has never been my favorite scarf, but I am in LOVE with yours.  I actually printed out the pattern for it and might have to make it when things calm down!
