A couple of FOs, recently finished.

Knitscene's Tulips sweater (fall 2006 issue I think):

Pinwheel baby blanket in cotton:

I'm so glad the blanket is finally done! The sweater took me the longest because it took a while before I finally picked out beads. I had to use a crochet chain for the belt since I did the yarn overs backwards (oops). But that was a happy accident, I think, because the beads are fun. Only thing is, I wish I'd made it longer since it makes me look short (I still wear it though).

I love the blanket! Where did you get the pattern? Was it online somewhere?

Thanks Kayrun =)

Hi Patamom, I found the pattern over here: http://www.knitlist.com/00gift/round-baby-blanket.htm

There are a few rows missing from the instructions though. I just knit 5, joined them, knit another row, did a row where I knit 1 then did a yo, knit next row then I think you can go back to the instructions from there.

Hi Firedupfairy, the yarn was Bernat kitchen cotton or something like that. I threw the label away so I can't remember what the colorway is called! Bad me. My SIL got me a pound of it for Christmas and I used just about all of it. I had some green Sugar n' Cream yarn that I used around the edge.
