Hi everyone!
I can't believe that I didn't see this swap before...and everything looks so good!  I'm hoping to get a pic up tonight of the bag I'm thinking about making (or at least a mockup--won't be lined).

eta to add: here's what I'm thinking of.

About 8 inches across, 2 inches deep.  Colors would probably be black, navy, red, dark lime green (not an overly limey bright green), and either dark brown or plum.  Any ideas or feedback?  Grin  Oh, and there would be a coordinated coin purse.

I can also offer amigurumi, but since I got in so late, I'm not sure what to offer.  Undecided

I've changed my mind about my offering a little. My first offering will be a set of 4 note cards with envelopes:

The color of the card and houses will vary Smiley The roofs are stitched, the houses are inked and stamped as well. The heart is made of felt with embroidery floss.

My other offering will be this needlebook:

The fabrics will vary. It will come as you see it, with needles, pins and 6 vintage buttons just to get you started.

HEY EVERYONE!
Would you all check the front page and make sure that the things you are offering (and the number of times you are offering them!) are listed correctly... I was updating the thread (and doing feedback at the same time!!!) when craftster went into maintanence mode!!! I just went back and hopefully got everything fixed but if you all could help me make this swap run a teeny bit smoother you could check that you are on the list, that your items are correct, and then check that you have feedback!

Luckie~ Those purses are cute! How will they close or will they have a handle? I was thinking about making cookies too, but I was concerned with the freshness factor and mail time... did you think of this and come up with a solution? I have made brownies for another swap, and I was on pins and needles that they would get there in 3 days or less!!! I have sent frozen brownies before too, so some of the time in transit is defrost time! Which buys you an extra two days or so... and ami has been offered before and always seems to be on everyone's top picks!!! People seem to be gaga over ami octopi, cupcakes and other sweets (slices of pie or cake), and pin cushions of any kind are always a hit too!

The purses will have handles, still debating on the type, probably rings, and they will have a tab to close.  (Still working out all the kinks).  I can make ami food, so maybe I'll up myself to 10 just so I can offer them.  Wink  The cookies...I'm thinking that sending them frozen and priority will work.  They actually hold up pretty well, since they're vegan and so is the icing (very addictive too!)  Eh, it was an option.  Grin

Ok I really need help!!!I'm so indecisive! What about melted bead cuffs like these;

Here's the icecream cozies (scroll down to sewknitter's post)...
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=142673.40

Would you like a crochet crown?

I'm stumped! I could do a cloche, a set of crochet flowers (for lapel/hat pins or embellishments), pantas, crochet headbands, crochet choker with flower/leaf embellishment, crochet felted coasters, pot holders, heart shaped coasters (which could be used as embellishments or lapel/hat pins as well).... Ok, you all have to help me, or I'm just going to pick myself (oh please don't make me make up my own mind!!!) Smiley

Java, my favorite of your ideas are the ice cream cozies, pantas and crochet headbands. I also love the crochet crown. All your ideas sound awesome though. Smiley
