ha, sorry i couldn't decide which picture to use so i just did both.
also the lighting kind of sucks, it's actually lighter than depicted.

it has a cardboard base and then is covered in ductape then put together (also with ductape), and wrapped with, well, wrapping paper. if you can't tell, in the bottom left corner, those are pressed hydrangea flower petals.

by the way, if you're curious, i wanted to fit the quote "to see the world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wildflower, to hold infite in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour" -william blake
unfortunately i couldn't fit it but i figured you might appreciate it anyway.

hope you enjoyed!  Smiley

Awesome! I've wanted to make a wrapping paper purse but I couldn't figure out how to make it strong enough.
And the pressed flowers with the photo are beautiful. Did you put that together yourself?

thanks! well the secret to the purses is the cardboard and ductape. without the combination you are lost. lol. i've never had a problem with it and you should definitely try it. i just started working on a more circular purse, actually, and it's allot easier. i recommend starting with something like that with continuous cardboard for the bottom and sides because the sides are the hardest to do.
and yes, i put it together myself. i think the hydrangea flowers are the best to press for craft endeavors.
good luck  Cheesy
