I am a huge fan of the movie the Nightmare B4 Christmas and wanted my boyfriend (at the time) and I to be Sally and Jack for halloween. So here was the outcome:

I painted each and every stripe on his coat (which was a long coat that I cut up and made into a coat with tails look) and pants. I made the Jack head out of papermache. The bat is made out of foam and the bat eyes are what my BF could see out of, they were the lenses from a pair of old sunglasses. My Sally dress was a plain black dress and I added stripes and pieces of various fabrics. Dyed it in a dark tea to give it that aged look. I sewed the "stich marks" on the gloves and stockings as well. I think it came out pretty good for my first attempt at making something crafty for halloween. Thanks for looking!

This is fantabulous! I don't get into dressing up for Halloween, but these costumes could change my mind. Your attention to detail is fabulous!! Great job!

I agree Sally is an awesome craftster and I hope this outfit would make her proud! I din't keep a needle and thread on me, everything stayed together just right. My ex and i actually wore these costumes at 3 different parties. Thanks for the comment. Smiley

Thanks for the comment! I will try and find some close ups of the costumes. Any parts you would like to see specifically?? Smiley
