a tute? ok:

Bonnet: I knitted a rectangle and crocheted the sides together. there is a little squareish effect.. which you can modify after but i didnt..

Bow: I knitted an other rectangle and crocheted the edges(which gives the rounded look). i slipped a piece of yarn down the center and pulled on it.. its the simplest thing ever... i did have to sew (with yarn) a little stich on each side of the bow to attach it to the bonnet cause it woudl just flap too much otherwise..

i'm afraid you have to messure the size yourself... and if you knit your bonnet like i did you'll see it expands. and you'll want to get soft wool cause if you're like me, it'll ich your forhead.. and you wont want to wear it as much.. so get the right wool...
