so, i found this fabric and if you've seen my other posts you might recognize it. i'm on a mission to make my living room look nice and pulled together and i love this fabric!

i managed to scrape enough together to make a seat cushion for our computer chair. instead of putting a zipper in, i made the opening fold over itself. (i didn't have a zipper and didn't want to buy one.) i also added tied (which i made using the same fabric) to keep it in place.

here it is!

overall:

ties (and you can see the fold over opening):

i don't now i'm feeling about this opening. i thought it would be snugger. and i might try to play with it to make it so.

let me know what you think!

That is beautiful, maybe try a piece of velcro to keep it closed.

That's so cute, I love the fabric. Smiley

I might make something similar for my computer chair. I use the one that came with my dorm room and it has no cushions at all and it's really uncomfortable. Sad Do you care to post a tutorial or share how you made it?
