These are my first stenciled projects, and I think they turned out great!  I like the bleach stenciling a lot better than paint stenciling-it's quicker and it gives a really neat disheveled effect.

Yay bleachstenciling.
Question: after you bleached the design on and everything, and chucked it into the washing machine, did you worry about excess bleach getting onto parts of the shirt that you didn't want to get bleachy?

Those shirts look amazing, by the way. I didn't really like Jared Leto in My So-Called Life (Jordan Catalano-like boys bug me), but he's decently cute now.

I let the shirt dry, then I handwashed the shirt in cold water with a tiny amount of detergent, and threw 'em into the dryer.

And I agree, when MSCL was really popular I didn't like Jared Leto at all, but now? He gives me the vapors.
