Magdalene, glad you got the pictures sorted out!  I really like those earrings - I'm not much into dangly ones but those, I would wear.

Great square, IamSusie.  How are you planning to join them together?  By connecting points or another way?

Here is my contribution for the month of January:

It is a 1 skein scarf made using Brown Sheep's Burly Spun in Strawberry Patch.  It is done in a simple garter stitch.  It is perfect to tuck under a coat in winter and will be going to my sister in MA for her birthday!

Beautiful scarf, Whiskey! Looks really warm, too.  Smiley

IamSusie, I really like that square---can't wait to see the scarf!

Magdalene your earrings are gorgeous! Isn't it fun to make stuff like that?  Wink

Well they call Jeff Gordon the Rainbow Warrior so I thought it would work Wink

This is an earring holder I made.  The frame is covered in some wrapping paper.  Some of the earrings on it I made too Smiley

Hopefully the picture isn't too big.

The colors a a little brighter than that, I don't have the best camera in the world :p

What a fun great challenge!  I just found the site today and am in love!  I have been neglecting my sewing and other crafty inclinations for my paper (and digital) crafts.  I am gonna to try my best to join your craft-a-long and not do paper items Wink

Here's a pic of my box top. The box is roughly 5" square. The edges are still kind of raw because I'm still collaging on the sides. Wink  I only spelled out 'rainbow' because it was almost my name.

It definitely looks cooler in real life--I guess everything does. Thanks again, ninja_monkey! Smiley

IamSusie: I really love that crochet square (and I don't as a rule like crocheted things). It's lovely, and a scarf made of them would be stunning.
