Oh... my... gosh... that's amazing!!!  I am in love with your furniture!  I tried to make a premade house (from one of those kits where everything is already cut out and you just paste them together) and I got so frustrated with it, I threw the pieces across the room.  I wish I had your skills!

thanks!  it can get frustrating, especially when dealing with sticky icing.  there were a few times i cursed everything sweet & gingery!  i actually broke the first 2 batches of 'windows' by trying to rush through the cooling process. its a lot of trial & error - don't be discouraged to try it again though!!

you are a crazy genius!!! i tried to make a 'pre assembled" gingerbread house (and then spent an hour putting together the 24 smashed pieces) and i could never have even thought of something as cool as that!!!

This Rocks!

After buying kit after kit every year, I've given up my dreams of making a gingerbread house.  Yours is so creative!

That is great.  A gingerbread house, Craftster style.  I love, love, love it.  Your gingerbread house would look so fabulous next to one of those pink, revolving Christmas trees and some oversized colored lights.  And just about anything from Leah's book.  Way to make Christmas look cool.

Hooray.

Rocks!

After I hit "this rocks," I described it as "Craftster at its, um, Craftsteriest."  Pardon me for the weakly Colbert-esque coinage, but I just think it had to be said.

Hmmm.  With this kind of inspiration, I just might decide that decorating for Christmas is my thing.

Please tell me you're a pastry chef or someone that I've seen on the Food Network - if not I'm going to be so depressed over my non-existant gingerbread skills in comparison.  That house is unbelievable - you need to enter that contest they have on food network for gingerbread houses!
