i wanted a purse to go with my semi-formal dress. a clutch came to mind  Smiley i also "re-upolstered" (where's my dictionary) my date's tie to match as well.

the lining was done weird  Huh i guess i'll learn from my mistakes. have any idea how i should put the bow on? right now it is just pinned. thanks for looking!

i've never made a tute for anything before... but i can give you some help. i use stiffened felt! it's basically my secret haha. then you just cut 2 pieces of fabric for the lining and outside. i just sew them together attempting to fold under all the edges of fabric. the next clutch i make, i'll post photos!  Smiley

I would velcro the bow. That way you can make interchangable velcro thingies to match your mood...sometimes you dont always want a bow  Grin

Either velcro or snaps.... (I personally would probably go for snaps). It looks great! I love plaid! Cheesy
