Ooh.

A) ZombieFlesh: I forgot we had a personal swap to post! I've already attacked all the fabric... haha.
Also, nice rain hat. I think I need a rain hat (perhaps in bright purple vinyl.. hm..)

B) That rainbow scarf is awesome, and wisted! (It's like a big wist chain now).

atsuko and I did a personal swap for some fabric and in my case button pins. I just received her package and it's fabulous!

The fabrics are sooooooooo upper cute! My mum has already claimed the one on the far left for some kind of bag.
I also asked for some cute and geeky buttons-I study computer science. The buttons are perfect! One of the buttons even has a picture that's also in one of my textbooks! That one will go on my campus bag!!!

Thank you very much atsuko! Swapping with you has been a lot of fun  Cheesy

Hi Javede!

I'm so glad that you liked the buttons and the fabrics.  It was alot of fun swapping with you.  You're such a sweet person.  I have been loving my armwarmers, fabrics, and notions.  And Lana is still adoring her butterfly necklace and bracelet.

Atsuko - was that some of the fabric from Hawaii you were teasing me with?  Very pretty!  I am working on a monkey for Caron now and will be looking for some car projects pretty soon....
might feel a few more monkeys coming on.... I will let you know when I have a few piled up - might be a month or two as I have been getting pulled in different crafty directions - and was just asked to produce some dog coats for Buster's groomer!  whooo hooo!  I might become the small dog clothier of Huntsville if I can pull it off!

Very sharp fabric!  I still look at the picture of Lana snuggling up with her monk.  It brightens my day whenever I see it - whereever you have that picture hosted at I hope you don't take it off!

Hehehe, well I have lots of cool Hawaiian fabric and I may have even more since I am planning to go back home sometime this year!
I am just dying to make another goddess style necklace so please let me know if you're up for that as well.  Smiley  Monkeys rule!!
I really should post the troop you've made me.  Hmm...

And don't worry I don't intend on taking down that pic of Lana with your monkey.  She still loves them to bits, esp the green one, that's her baby!

Congrats on your new line of doggy clothes.  I'm sure they will be a hit!!

Stifflersmom and I did a personal swap which arrives just before Christmas, so I think we've both been distracted from posting.  It was great!  I sent her some knitted mittens.  The first picture shows the color, the second shows the cabling:

And she sent me a great swap journal (just what I needed) with a bunch of other goodies (a gardening journal, a cute pendant, and some awesome anatomy stickers):

Atsuko and I did a private swap, and Atsuko spoiled me rotten! Such a great package!

Here's a little bit of what she sent:

first this card sets the stage:

I'm a night owl and my husband is a morning lark.

He says:

I say:

Here's both:

Plus I asked for a butterfly necklace and atsuko offered to make me a petal necklace.

Then she totally surprised me by adding a matching bracelet.

And the most gorgeous triple strand necklace:

My mom loves giraffes, so I asked her for her famous beaded giraffes:

Atsuko asked if I wanted two for my mom, and she made them into pins. She totally surprised me by putting it in this fabulous box:

Then she added a felt giraffe! She is the queen of felt stuffies!
here's a link, because this is already picture heavy:

Finally, she gave me a most wonderful ATC kit! I can use it to make greeting cards, too.

Hi sewknitter!

I'm so glad you liked everything.  It was alot of fun crafting for you. I couldn't resist making you a morning lark to complete your owl.  You and your hubby sound so cute (and so much like me and mine...hehehe!).  I hope you and your moms will enjoy the jewelry.
Have fun with your ATC kit.  Can't wait to see what you make from it!!

Take care!

I did a personal swap with stifflersmom (wow - she's certainly been busy this year already! *lol*) I sent her some pantas and she sent me this amazing bundle of goodies; a hand-made journal with gorgeous paper in and a cluck ATC  Cheesy, some chocholate martini lipbalm (YUM) a nest brooch, and some resin pendants  Cheesy

Thank you Stifflersmom - I'm psyching myself to make a mark in that lovely journal already - even the BF commented on it, that it had "nice" paper in, and he doesn't usually notice that sort of thing! *lol*
