    This swap gallery is intended as a way to recognize all the wonderful personal swaps that are done in this community!      

Personal swaps are not encouraged or supported by Craftster.  This is only a thread to post pictures from your personal experiences.  Personal swaps are not and cannot be tracked in Swap Feedback on profiles and should not be linked to Craftster's Organized Swaps in any way.

Folks who have participated in a personal swap and wish to share pictures of the items they have sent and received may do so by posting in this gallery.

Please note that this gallery is meant for those who have had a good experience with their personal swaps!  This is not the place to air your grievances about being "flaked" on...please keep it positive and give love to those awesome personal swappers!

Each month a new gallery will be started.  If you have received from a personal/private swap, within the month, feel free to post pictures here!

Ooooh, I get to post the first pics for January    Jezebel7383, all around cool chick and fellow pug lover, and I did a swap.  I sent her one of my stuffed felt puggies


and she sent me all of this fab-o loot that I got in the mail yesterday!

Glad you liked them!  :)The round one is the first I've made of that pattern, but I have a feeling more are coming! I'm totally in love with my pug; he has a place of honor on the craft table.

Hello! I just did something like a personal swap with Crnaofca, actually i randomly found a wist of hers (Book: "Knit 1, Kill 2" by Maggie Sefton) when i was putting together my wist page, asked her if she would like it (i had just finished reading it about a week earlier), and we exchanged suprise packages (well, except for the book, haha)! She was extremely nice and we communicated alot, and even though she is over seas and i am not, the packages only took 3 weeks surface mail! Huzzah!!

I don't have a picture of what i sent her, because until today, i didn't realize there was a gallery for personal swaps  , but i'll tell you: The book, "Knit One, Kill Two" by Maggie Sefton, Holiday 2006 Vogue Knitting Magazine (they dont have it where she lives), and three balls of Patons Lacette in Black- Oh, and a super cute penguin Christmas card!

She sent me this beautiful hat that she knitted (its more of a celery green than it shows, my camera's funny with color), 2 tiny bundles of festive ribbon, lovely variegated rainbow yarn, fuzzy silver boucle, and two emerald green sock wool balls (again, the color- they are green not black, haha!) I love it! i needed sock yarn badly!

She also sent somebeautiful earrings, the chartreuse one's are my favorite, and two incredibley adorable pins that she said are about 20-30 years old! Awesome!! I am absolutley in love with the bear with the child in his basket
