Your hat looks great.

I use circulars now for everything I can get away with, scarves and other flat stuff, tubes, whatever.  If you use longer ones even when you do flat stuff it's a lot more comfortable, no more poking yourself or others with long needles!

The hard part of the kitty hat for me was picking up the stitches.  I kind of ending up doing something that didn't look like SnB directions but came out looking right.  Since it's picking up you can do it and tear it out until it looks right.

Good luck!

Wow, that's awesome advice, I have also gotten used to the circs Cheesy Thanks! Cheesy

Great job! I just made an earflappy job myself, they're fun.

I have some of that yarn (in green) lying around my basement.

Indeed they are fun, when I was younger, I thought they looked stupid but now I love them Cheesy OOO i am in love with this yarn I'm sure the green is purty! Where did you get it?

Your hat looks awesome! I like the ties on the earflaps.

The yarn looks really cool in the close-up, too. I've never seen anything like that.

It's a nice camouflage green. I found it in a bag of 5 skeins at a little shop called Ruti's Needle Bed. 5 bucks a ball, I couldn't resist! Now I still have clue what to do with it:P
