Rug
« on: December 30, 2006 05:15:19 PM »

Okay here is my official entry.  I crocheted this rug out of strips of sheets.  I used various white and pink print sheets to achieve the ringed pattern.  I used a Q or R hook.

it is about 4 foot long.
Feedback is always welcome.
Thanks!

I love this! Now I know what to do with all of my old sheet sets! Do you put a non-skid pad underneath it? And, since it's sheets, it should hold up pretty well in the wash, right? I need a small rug for in front of my kitchen sink and this seems ideal, especially if I can wash it.

How did you figure out the oval pattern? At this point, I can probably only make a rectangle!

And, now I guess I should go and work on my own entry...
