It held up fine, and it stays closed, but I think I need to embiggen the hole for the headphone jack.. that thin bit of metal makes it not want to plug all the way in if I move around too much.

OK.  Need a tute.  HOw did you wedge the think in their and how did you attach the belt buckle to the tin?

Did you have to use alumalloy?
