Altoid Belt Buckle... Curiously Handy.

I made one with this amazing Abominable Snowman altoid tin but it just has a belt clip and my ipod is off getting fixed @ the moment. i'l post pics when it comes back to me.

I would worry about the player getting damaged.

I'm very paranoid about breaking it, since theyre so expensive.

I've dropped mine in this thing so many times, but the headphone cord always seems to act like a bungee and cushions the blow. Plus, felt or fleece lining is a decent shock absorber, since these puppies have such a tight squeeze for this size of player

Hmmm...I bet my students would love it! And, if you could figure out a way to sneak out the headphone cord through the back, they could snake the cord up their shirts and then wear it during class and nobody would know!

Oh...wait a minute...I'm supposed to be enforcing the rules...not figuring out ways to break them...

Actually, in school, I put it in my sweater pocket, make a hole in the back, and pull the cord under the sweater and listen to music and teachers never know. Well, now you know.
Oh and, that belt is so cool! What a great idea!. I wonder if it's going to last though. I had a coffin belt buckle with a flip lid, and it didnt last very long.

This altoid belt buckle blew my mind! lol, I've been wondering what to use them for for ages! My ipod won't fit in it, but I'll try it and use it as a sort of "fanny pack" ... can't believe I just said that ... ummm... I mean belt buckle storage.
