Well, I didn't cover the journal with fabric. I covered it with Card stock. But I did do it like I said.  I also glued a picture on the front.  I will try to post a picture later.  It is thundering here as a storm is brewing. LOL

Well, I finally got a picture taken of the Journal.  Now I need to figure out how to get it on here.  I'll see if this works. . .

Please teel me what you think . . . how it can be improved, or anything else.

Thank you all for looking.

Thank you so much, Ska Hippie!  I've seen some of the journals that you have made, and mine don't even come close to yours.  But then my MIL has always told me that we (crafters) are our own worst critics. =)

I know what you mean.  I can always see where I could improve whatever or make it look better.  I also see every flaw.  Even the ones no one else sees. LOL

Here is the book I covered with fabric.  The other one that I did, that had the pirate ship on it (you couldn't tell too good what it was), but anyway, I had taken that picture when we were on a cruise.
