I don't understand how to turn back though, do I just loop around the 1st and 12th pin without e-wrapping it?

I started a pair of these earlier this week.  I have one finished and am almost finished with the other.  It's very quick.  I don't knit very long at a time, so that's why I'm not finished yet.

My next pair I am going to try ribbing (1 over 2 stitch) for the cuff instead of the folded brim.

Well, I can't do Knitting or Crocheting patterns to save my life.  I mean I can make simple scarves all the time, even change color on them, but actually following patterns, so I am going to do to the best of my ability on how to understand, and try to make these.
