Peppermint bark is always on my list of gifts for family and friends every single Christmas, whether I buy it in the store or make it myself!  Thanks for your version of the recipe - it really is easy to make!!

Haven't made this yet but it's on the agenda for later today.  I need something to take to the nursing home for a fund-raiser and this will be perfect.  Put into pretty cello bags, it should sell well...and it's easy.  Life is good!! Grin
