Allright, I posted this in the vintage crafts section as well, but I'll put it here too.  I scored 26 issues of Workbasket Magazine ranging from 1958-1962.  It seems that a lot of these had embroidery pattern inserts in the middle, all of which are gone, but the Oct. 1959 issue, which was their 25th anniversary issue, had a WHOLE bunch of patterns scattered throughout the magazine, most in color.  Here are two I chose, for love of bluebirds.  Of course, the one with the daisy is cute, but I love the pussywillows one.  Meanwhile, I think those cats would make great Halloween item, if done with the right colors.

If anyone is interested in others, I can post more.  Meanwhile, I can also make high-res scans for high-quality enlargements, if anyone really likes these well enough to use them and wants a certain dimension.

Thank you for taking the time to scan and post these.  I love the bluebirds and especially the pussywillows.

I could use the high resolution scans should you decide to do that.

That's odd.  Some people seem to be having intermittent trouble with my pictures.  I've got THEM at my image hosting site I use for auctions.  I'll make the high-res scans and upload them to my website and just put up a link when I get them done.  (That way no emailing is necessary.)  And I'll be getting some more scanned soon, too.
