I just bought my first Blythe! A RRE off of ebay. I'm soooo excited for her to arrive! I need to think of the perfect name for her now. HHhmm....

I'm also going to join this swap so she can get some outfits.

Congrats kristieb !!

RRE is lovely!!  Good luck on naming her.  We still haven't named ours.  Tongue

Hey, have any of you had any luck with the red birthmark she sometimes has on her shoulder?  I was thinking of trying oxy10, but I wanted to see what you other RRE owners have been using.

I think Takara must have know there was a problem.  Usually the never use that much plastic to wrap them up in.  Ack.

Here is a photo of my swap victims!  On the left is my very neglected Pow Wow Poncho (so neglected that this is the best photo I have of her) and on the right is my Mono Comme Ca that's just arrived.

I was going to ask & now I have to...
where do you get cool Blythe sized glasses like that?

Those glasses are part of her stock gear, they came in the box.  Takara sells other Blythe-sized glasses, though.  Some cat-eye and rimless sunglasses a la J.Lo.  There's a Japanese store called BlueKangaroo that also makes them.  The Takara ones pop up on eBay all the time.

Here are the pics of my two girls for the swap...

First, is my Birdie Blue, Sal:

and second, my Hollywood, Fred:

I sand-matted Fred since she had some nicks from her first owner.

I'm excited to be involved - this is my first official craftster swap!   Grin
