I'm still working on a scarf I started in AUGUST! *shameD* of course, I rarely work on it, but it was for my sister's birthday in sept. I promised to finish it by chrismas. *getting to work*

I'm just about finished with a Leia Hat for my step-dad, I was finally inspired to finish it once I got the first bun on, so now I'm super excited to see it done and on his head.  Grin It's going to keep him warm in our chilly basement for those 24-hour World of Warcraft marathons we have.

Other than that I'm done I think. I was going to try and make a second dishcloth for my mom, but that might have to be an after-christmas project that we can work on together.

I had a bunch of things planned that I didn't do, but everyone in the family got at least one knitted item so I'm pretty happy.  Smiley Then it's time for me! I haven't knitted anything for myself in months, so I'm getting a nice shrug or something to keep me warm.

I'm a bad knitter...I decided to give up on Christmas knitting that I hadn't finished about two weeks ago. So I had to *shock* buy stuff for about half of my family.

I knit a hat for myself this morning.  Sad

***I love personal swaps!***

My fingers are going numb  Undecided  I am working on my last item which is one of those loooooong hats.  That is knitting... let us not discuss all the sewing and baking that needs to be done Tongue

"just keep crafting, just keep crafting"

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

i just finished everything thursday night
to give to my friends on friday

(like 12 pairs of slippers total)
and a couple of them wore them around school
which weirdly bugged me because i knew they were going to wreck them  Undecided

I'm doing pretty well with mine, but not as well as I'd hoped... i got two pairs of Knitty's Fuzzy Feet done (one pair for my mom, the other pair for my best guy friend). I'm working on a third pair for another friend, and I had planned to make like 6 other pairs during the semester for some of my other friends, but school got in the way.   Undecided The only real Christmas deadline was for my mom's slippers, which I got done. The other knitted stuff is due sometime later in the week, so i have time to whip out some more fuzzy feet. I'm already kind of getting bored with that pattern and may switch to knitted headbands for some of the girls. Oh, and i have to knit an Irish Hiking Scarf for my boyfriend for next Saturday.. so that's on the (semi)back-burner for now.

I tried my best to stay up last night and work on my dad's present (Knitty's "Brown Bag" in red), but I was too tired to do much. Sad I've got a lot of knitting ahead of me, today :\

Yep, I should be knitting, not surfing...lucky for me the one thing that needed to be done for tomorrow just needs ends woven in...sadly, there's a non-knitting craft project also not done....arghhhhhhhhh
