Is your strip cut too wide? Or maybe you're using stretchy material?

I'm having a problem with these puppies. When I pull my fabric through the tool and iron I turned the finished piece of tape over and it has a bunch of creases/wrinkles running parallel down it. Any help/thoughts?

You might try pressing straight down with the iron, rather than dragging it along the fabric; that may be what's causing the wrinkles.
