I think we will have a send-out deadline 2 weeks after the swap is full.  So, you can send anytime after we officially start.

I might try and narrow my theme down a bit for you all as Fairy tales is potentially quite broad- I shall have a think...

Just checking- will me being away 20th-27th Jan be a prob for this swap?

W'ell just try to have your cards sent ASAP, since shipping over the pond can take a week or 2.  I'll put a note to that in the thread, and people can ship yours right away if they will want feedback before you leave.  Obviously your cards will need to be sent before then as well...

I should probably state that once your theme is verified, it's good to go unless you change it for some reason.

I just like to move my 'pre-swap list' post to the front of the thread so it's easy to find, and also to bring notice to someone confirming their theme.  When OY starts the swap officially, my list will then be obsolete.
