Christmas gift for a friend! The powder is equal amounts rice flour and corn starch, with some glitter and, you guessed it, Burberry Brit perfume. However strong you want it. It's lovely, I almost want to keep it! Painting the box took foreeeever... So much tape, so many lines, having to mix the tan color... arrrgh.

Ok, so you sprayed the actual powder? And is rice flour sold in all groceries? I think this is a great idea, I'd love to make some. Oh and I like how you made the box look like Burberry too!

Spraying would probably work too, but I poured. You use a surprisingly little amount. I got rice flour at my grocery store, which is extraordinarily tiny, so I assume they would all have it... In the baking stuff, the kind I got was: http://www.bobsredmill.com/catalog/index.php?action=showdetails&product_ID=417

Thank you!

awesome idea. Smiley rice flour is pretty common--tyr bulk food/co-op places if the grocery store is a no go.

This is fantastic!  Where did you get the idea?  And how little is too little?  Like would a capful be enough?

Modgirl, it depends on the cap! But I would sayyy a good amount for 1/2 cups of powder is 1/2 tsp maybe? Just keep putting a little in until you can smell it, haha.

Couldn't you just also use baby powder/unscented kind? Hehe that's cheating but really who would know? Tongue
