I saw something like this somewhere on here and was totally inspired to make some of my own for gifts this year.
Here's my version...

First I cut out a gingerbread person in paper and then chalked it onto felt pieces



Cut them out



hand sewed sequins and beads on for faces and buttons and added rick rack as "icing" trim



Sewed up and stuffed


I think my family will get a kick out of them.
