Hi there

I have the strange feeling that Iam hooked on making bags  Roll Eyes
No matter where I go I look around and see if I can find something I could make a bag out of...Like this one, it is made out of a scarf I saw the other day. The scarf was 90cm x 90cm, which wasn't enough for the bag so I had to use some brown corduroy for the lining. This is my 2nd bag, and I think I will actually use this one  Wink

Wow, that is beautiful!  2nd bag...ever???  It looks like you are a pro!  And the contrast with the cordoroy lining, it goes so well.  Love it!!

I do the EXACT same thing when looking at things................always wondering what it would look like as a purse!  Great find with that scarf.  Was is a heavier weight?  Nice design with the bag, too.  Love it!

Thanks you guys  Wink

Yes it's my 2nd bag ever. I've been sewing for awhile but never purses. The scarf was a thicker material, not sure what it's called.
It is the same patter I used as I did for the first bag. Really, really easy. I'm gonna post it again. There's one correction, though. Of course, it is 2x gussets. One fabric, one lining.

Peace  Grin

I love it!  The corduroy made a great lining.
