I made this so my kids could watch a movie in our playroom when the guys of the house wanted to watch something I didn't approve of.  I think I paid $5 for it.  I painted it blue and did all the stars by hand.   I took the broken drawer out and put the VCR in (which, by the way, my 16 month old knows how to operate!)  the other two drawers hold videos.  It's durability was tested when my kids found crayons and colored all over it (I knew they were too quiet)  It came right off.

That looks great! I'm not sure if I'm more impressed by your handiwork, or by the fact that your 16 mo. old can operate the VCR. Both are equally amazing!  Cheesy

Hee, thanks. He turns the t.v. on and presses play. He can even put in the tape. He also knows how to open my cd player (it's actually hard to figure out)  I just noticed the t.v. is wearing a sombrero.  Cheesy

Yard sales! I love them, I go every saturday.  You can get almost anything cheap at a yard sale.  Last saturday I got two alabaster lamp bases for 50 cents each!  That's crazy!  I was holding my breath while she figured out a price, I was expecting $20 each or more.
