I would like to be a (female) Referee for halloween this year, and I love the style of this costume

But the matrial is poor, and its a halter, which isnt acceptable in my school (i'd like it to be a racer back)

Could anyone sew one for me?
If so, How much would you charge?

      Thanks for ANY help,
          Kitti

What if you just found a white top of the type you want and tape it off in stripes, then paint it with black acrylic paint (or screenprinter's ink) as though it were a very simple stencil?  Really, you could do just about the same thing with a white tennis skirt.  I'd suggest hitting the summer clearance at the sports stores!  You should be able to find suitable socks there too!  Then, just get yourself the type of ink you want and some 2" tape and set to it!

Well, try it out on a cheap T-shirt first!  It's really easy, though.  Tape it all off, then do sections of the shirt at a time so that they can dry before being moved to do the rest.  Tape along a straight-edge to make sure your lines look reasonably straight and space the tape out about the same width as the tape so your lines are the same width.  Then, start painting.  Check out the stenciling board for tips.

not as glamourous, but maybe wrestling shoes? or some vans type shoes would go too.
But i did see something like the shoes at payless!
Great costume idea- i'm still deciding on mine.
