So, I was browsing through a neat magazine and found this quick, amazing recipe.

Ingredients:
Small Tortiallas
1 cup of Salsa
Lettuce
Tomato
Ranch or Sour Cream
1 lb Lean Ground beef

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Fold your tortillas to fit inside the cupcake pan. Place in oven for ten minutes. In mean time, brown your meat. Then add the salsa and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the meat to the bowls and add garnish as needed.
It's so simple!!

Awesome idea -- thanks for posting!  Do you have to grease the muffin pan first?

You can also do this in your small non-stick skillet...one tortilla at a time will make a LARGE bowl, for making big taco salads in!

Those are cute, though!  Thanks for sharing!

Those look delicious! I'm aching to try those out (and then devour them, obviously).

Great idea!

i love tacos!
sometimes what i do (and it is just as good), is make up the ground beef, chop lettuce and tomatoes, shred cheese.. and then throw it all into a big bowl. mix it all around then just fill your tortilla or hard shells with the mix and add sour cream and salsa to your shell if you want it.
it's easy, and tastes the same, if not better.
