I am made up several of these today for gifts. The yarn is Lily Sugar 'n Cream in Potpourri of which I have tons left over from another project. The pattern I made up sitting in the bowling alley during my sons league this afternoon, so I did not exactly take notes. I made two while still at the bowling alley so you know they work up fast. I will try to give a guess at the pattern below, if you find something off, let me know.

Using an E hook, chain 25. Do Linked Treble Across (see http://www.crochetme.com/linked-stitch-tutorial for the stitch instructions).

Ch 3, turn. *Skip next sc, sc, ch3, all the way around. Make sure to space it so you have a ch 3 space going around the corners with one in the center of each short end. Slip st the last ch3 to the base of the beginning chain three. Finish off, weave in ends.

Flower tassels:

For the first one, ch 18. Sl into the 7th chain from hook, ch6, sl back into the same space. Repeat until you have 5 petals. Finish off.

For the second, ch 21, and follow the same instructions as the first tassel.

Weave the ends behind the flowers in. Use the tails at the ends of the chains to tightly toe the tassels to the bookmark in the center of one short end, then weave in the ends.

I had to block it to get the loops and flowers to stay open nicely.

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

I am sure you will see that yarn from me again. I bought way too much of it for a purse I made last year. I still have a whole skein and a half after making the bookmarks and a coffee cozy.

lol I like it. The shirt I made's a wee bit chunky, but it's comfy and it was my very first time following a pattern, so I'm proud of it Wink
