So, I've done some crocheting before.  And by some, I mean like granny squares.  So I'm quite pleased with how this little guy has turned out.  I had a great time making him.  The pig pattern is from a book called In love with Crochet from Leisure Arts that I picked up from Joann's forever ago.
I made the wings up based on A LOT of patterns off the internet.  It took me FOREVER to come up with some I liked.  And I'm not too sure about these   Undecided

So anyway, some action shots:
Climbing up the Christmas tree..
And at his new home as our Christmas angel..
He seems very happy to be there.  My dot is going crazy about him...She reeeeellly wants to play with him.  But he's mine.  She did get to hold him for about a second
I promised that I would make her one next.

For now, Hamlet is staying on the tree.  And then I think he will come to work with me to cheer up my basement office  Cheesy

He's really cute, great job! And I like the wings. One question, how did you make the legs move? They don't look long enough to be able to postion like that.

Oh, I forgot about the legs.  I couldn't decide on which pose to stitch him together in, so the DH suggested that I use velcro for his head and legs.  Those DHs can be pretty clever sometimes...
