I made these for some friends, the bags are lined with satin (well, fake satin) and the little tins have their initial on the outside, and a piece of vintage jewelry inside, which I forgot to take a picture of before I wrapped them! Two are lockets with cameos on them, and the other is a really pretty brooch.
The problem is, those tiny tins do not fill the bags, and I was hoping for some ideas as to what else to put in there. I don't have much time or money left, but would like it to be crafted, and to kind of go along with the other gifts, i.e girly. Any ideas?

Also,
I made these ornaments using this pattern http://littlebirds.typepad.com/little_birds_handmade/   (Thank you!), and was thinking of making little sets with more ornaments (felt mittens and stockings), but I'm starting to think these look more like hershey's kisses than trees (no offense to the creator of the pattern, her's are beautiful, along with everything she makes). They would be gifts for my grandmother, and possibly my mom and boyfriend's mom. What do you think?

They look great - what about a letter to the recipients - something you appreciate about them/are grateful for...
Sappy, but we don't get many personalized letters anymore...

That stuff and some shredded basket paper (to fill gift baskets) should fill them up!

Beautiful gifts! Wish I had thought of something like this!

These are uber cute!!!  I know your friends will love them. Smiley

To fill the pouches, you can make headbands out of some pretty fabric and elastic - http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=134265.0

maybe a fabric belt - http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=133494.msg1305852#msg1305852

a little fabric card holder - http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=5099092

I can tell you, Fall is composed of

1 part dead fish smell
1 part wet leaves
1 part arctic chilled air (not winter chilled variety)
2 parts crunchy walking
a pinch very cold rain
some apples you picked yourself
a few very still moments
a good deal of inner reflection

Bake some cookies.  You can't get much better than what you already have given them but you can fill the bag with some homemade cookies and maybe even the recipe?
Thats quick, cheap, and you can do it all at once.

These are so beautiful!

You could add some candy - either store bought or homemade.  That would be a very inexpensive way to fill them up.

The gifts are lovely.  Maybe you could add a few homemade goodies - candy, cookies, or popcorn balls?  Big beautiful sugar cookies individually wrapped make pretty presents.
