I made this with Stampin' Up! Paper-crafting materials.  I put a detailed tutorial on my blog...
http://stampstars.blogspot.com/2006/12/more-on-cd-tin-album.html

It includes how to emboss on metal, and how to make the inside pages.  Have fun!

I really don't know why your images didn't show. Maybe the memory size is too big, this is just a guess though.

Your CD tin scrapbook is very pretty.

I never thought about embossing on metal. It's really cool! (Would the embossed part be easily chipped off?)

I read through your blog too! Many beautiful ideas there. Thanks for sharing!

it actually holds up pretty good... the embossing has a plasticity to it, so it isn't brittle... I wouldn't make jewelry out of embossed metal... but these tins seem to hold up very well.  You just need to use a quality Embossing powder.

Such a simple and effective method to make one tin look so very, very cool.

I looked at the Tutorial and was equally impressed with the inside.

I LOVE that tin.  The embossing on the OUTSIDE of the tin is such a great idea.  I never thought of embossing on tins.  I also just love the whole color scheme.

Great job!!! Smiley
